I’m Just A Girl

Well, I suppose I should put a professional picture here and sell myself to you but the truth is, I’m just a girl doing what I love.

I have a background in nursing and yoga. I love cooking, gardening, traveling, being a Mum, the gym and all things spiritual.

But most of all, I love building community and helping people get to a place where they can step into their personal power to discover and share their unique gifts with the world.
